TeresaMAYERSand Alan Jnr would like to thank all their Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their help and kindness during the very sad loss of ALAN. Special thanks for all the Mass cards, messages of Sympathy and donations to the Lilac Centre in Alan's memory. To all Staff at ward 2c Whiston Hospital and the Lilac Centre for their caring devotion during Alan's illness. To Teresa's work colleagues at Shawcross and Dixon, especially Gerry, Davina, Pat and Friends at A-Z department, you have been really wonderful, to Alan's work colleagues at Great Ormond St Hospital London and all our Friends in Benidorm. Hardacres for their caring professionalism and Rev. Clive Dolan for his words of comfort and Service. It was so hard for us to say goodbye to Alan, he was so brave and fought so hard, he deserved his rest. We will love and miss him forever.
