GeorginaMCCAFFERTYIt is with great sadness, the family announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Georgina (Gina) McCafferty on Friday 30th June 2023 at the Hospital de La Axarquía in Spain, with her daughter Lynn, and son Christopher by her side. Gina was a much loved partner, mum, mother-in-law, gran, sister, aunt, and friend who will be sadly missed by all. Gina will be received into St. Charles' RC Church at 10.00 a.m. on Friday 28th July for a Funeral Mass and thereafter to Hawkhead Cemetery to which all are respectfully invited. The family would like to thank everyone for their very kind expressions of sympathy, cards and flowers. It has been great comfort to know how much Gina was loved. "To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die."

Gina, I’ve known you since we were growing up in Foxbar. You were always had a lovely soul. Whenever we bumped into each other over the years all I could see was your beautiful smile. You will be dearly missed by your son and daughter and your wee sister and side kick Karen. Not forgetting your partner and your baby bro Paul. You are safe in the arms of your mum, dad, and “your” Neil ⭐️💫⭐️
