Service and cremation to take place on Thursday 14th August 2025, at 11am, at the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton-on-Tees Crematorium.

Any donations in lieu to the Renal Day Unit, at James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough. A donation box will be available at the Crematorium Chapel.
