JamesMCDONOUGHIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our much-loved dad, Jimmy McDonough, who passed away suddenly at home on 26th February 2026, aged 62. Reunited with his lovely mum and dad.
A devoted father to Jordanna and Kirk, the most wonderful grandfather to Hallie, a much-loved brother to Donna and Kevin, a proud uncle to all his nieces and nephews and a loyal friend to many.
Jimmy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, strength and sense of humour will always be remembered.
Jimmy will be resting at Thomas Porter & Sons Independent Funeral Service, 345-347 Park Road, Dingle L8 until 18th March, and then at his sister Donna's home from 19th March.
The funeral service will take place at Mount Carmel Church on 20th March 2026 at 12 midday, followed by burial at Allerton Cemetery at 1pm.
Family flowers only, please.
All who knew and loved Jimmy are welcome to attend and join us in celebrating his life afterwards at Mount Carmel Parish Club from 2pm.
