DavidMCFARLANE(Claypath) Durham. On Oct 31st, David Fairweather M.R.C.V.S. (Retired Veterinary Surgeon in Durham), aged 87 years, husband to the love of his life Nesta, proud and loving father of Helen, Dilys, Owen and Peter, a much loved father-in-law, a devoted grandpa and great grandpa, a dear brother to Peter and will be sadly missed by his extended family and many friends. Private interment to take place prior to a service of celebration in Elvet Methodist Church on Monday November 10th at 12.00noon. All welcome for refreshments at The Royal County Hotel afterwards. Donations in lieu of flowers may be given after the service for Masonic Charities and the Durham Cathedral Project.
