Tracey passed away suddenly in hospital on February 16th aged 63 years surrounded by her loving family.
A beloved partner of the late Ian, loving mam of Nikki, Linzi, Rebecca and Rachel and a devoted nana of Carter,
Kevin, Sophie, Charlotte and Grace.
Also a dearest sister of Brian, Ray and Carole and a well known and popular friend to all who knew her.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at Saltwell Crematorium on Tuesday March 3rd at 12.00 noon.
Family flowers only please donations in lieu to the caring staff of the critical care ward at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Gateshead.
All are welcome to the Leam Lane Social Club after the service to celebrate her life.
