Had many a great City away day with Tom over the years. Some horrendous journeys, some awful games, a few 'lively' debates, but always good laughs. Glad he got to see City's successes in recent years. RIP Tom, hope you're up there partying with Merv and fellow blues. x

Tom, I could'nt have asked for a better brother-in-law, your humour, and quiet strength touched us all. Your presence in all our lives a gift we’ll always cherish.
You will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten. Rest in peace, Tom and thank you for being you 💙

Growing up as a kid there was nothing cooler than having a uncle live round the corner from Maine Road , not only did you live there but you went home and away every week for aslong as I’ve known ! If you werent taking me to the match we’d be in the club shop or stood outside the main stand seeing the players off on there coach journey to what ever away game it might have been ! All I wanted to be when I was older was like you !

From the slums of division 2 to us eventually seeing city win the fa cup together , to partying into the night in the friendship after we won the league and then finally the big one in Istanbul ! We have literally seen it all ! And non of it would have happened for me if it wasn’t for you !
I hope you knew how positively you changed my life purely just threw getting me to support city 😂 from making life time freinds at the match to getting to see parts of Europe I’d of never dreamed of !

While city is the obvious influence you had another id like to thank you for is music ! Growing up with my mum being deaf there was never music in my house but coming round to yours the record collection was always the first stop ! Many fond memories of dancing around your dining room table to madness or toy dolls 😂 but the pinocle of it all was going too see madness together and ending up backstage drinking with Suggs ! I think you were more star struck than me and will be a memory that will live either way me for ever !

I could write stories all day but I just want to thank you for all the happiness and joy you brought to my life
