Cambridge born and bred, Mum had the knack of getting to know people near and far and had a lifetime affection for York Street and the Mill Road area (not only our home in the '50's and '60's, but also that of family way back to the 1900's). She worked hard in several jobs over the years, as well as in managing the home and family - she always wanted to get things right!
She and Dad (Reg) were a devoted couple from meeting and marrying until so very recently. She will be missed by so many.
