DavidMELLORAnne, Robert and Kim, would like to sincerely thank the following people for their kindness and care over the extended period of David's illness. Kirkwood Hospice at Home, Marie Curie Night Sitters, Routes care agency, District Nurses, the Colorectal and Haematology teams HRI, Lindley Group Practice and latterly the Junction GPs, Aden Court Nursing Home whose staff were so understanding and caring at the end. Thanks also to Highfield Funeral Service and Andrew for their excellent care and attention. Thanks to Lindley Liberal Club for providing us with brilliant facilities for David's celebration of life gathering. And lastly to all our family and friends a heartfelt thank you for your help, support and kind wishes.
