ElaineMERSYSuddenly on Thursday 6th June 2024, whilst at home, Elaine aged 75 years sadly passed away.

Dearly loved sister of the late Kathleen. Much loved aunt of Elaine, Stephen, Andrew, Tony, Marina and Julie. Treasured great aunt of Sarah, Blair, Sergey, Liam, Cieren and Matthew and great-great aunt of Lillia, Ayda, Ziggy and Nora. Elaine will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service to celebrate Elaine's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 2nd July 2024 at 10:30am.

Floral tributes may be sent c/o the Funeral Director.

So sad to hear of Elaine’s passing. She was my old school friend from primary through secondary. Our teenage years were spent most evenings in the front room in Hainton Ave playing our records. We kept in touch after I moved away in 1980 Christmas and birthdays always with an update on what was happening in our lives right up until last year I tried to find out why her cards stopped coming but couldn’t get any info. I have only just seen the obituary I am so sorry I didn’t get to the funeral of my friend of over 70 years.

A lovely lady, with a very dry sense of humour that we loved. She was a work mate back in the 80s and it is a sad day
to learn she is no longer with us.
