We would like to thank St Luke's Hospice, Andrew Macmillian Nurses, District Nurses all the Therapy Staff from Fredrick House you each know who you are, Barbara and Blue Bird Care, Ward 2 Leighton Hospital, Doctors from London, Manchester and Crewe. A very sincere thank you, without you all we could not have coped, lastly thank you Ken for a warm, wonderful service and to Graham Tresidder and his staff for their kindness and sensitivity at a very difficult time.
