Edna MaryMIDDLETON(formerly Mary Jacques) aged 93, passed away peacefully on 30th December 2014, in Sheffield. MARY will be greatly missed by her son Ray Jacques and her late daughter Maureen Fair and all family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Spring Water Avenue, Hackenthorpe, Sheffield, on Tuesday 20th January 2015, at 10 30am, followed by her burial with first husband (William) Bill Jacques, at Canley Garden Cemetery, Charter Avenue, Coventry, at 2pm.
