A very special great-granny to Eva, Ana, Charlie, Freya and Leo. Passed away peacefully at St Jude's Residential Home on 9th January 2015. Aged 103 years. Evelyn will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service to take place on Monday 26th January 2015 at St Pauls Chapel, Holbrooks at 10.30am.
