Passed peacefully on 17th January 2026 aged 73 years.

Thomas ('Tommy the Egg Man'), dearly loved son of Jacob and Mabel. He will be greatly missed by all the staff at Holmside Care Home and his many friends.

A funeral service will be held at Northumberland Crematorium, Felton, on Friday 20th February 2026 at 12.30pm.

Donations, if desired, to 'Make-A-Wish Foundation'. A donation box will be at the Crematorium.

Lovely man. He loved to walk the streets of Bedlington. Everybody knew Tommy and he always stopped to chat to everyone. He waved and shouted hello to the kids. He became so popular and well-known in the community that a petition was started for him to switch on the Christmas lights. Hopefully something will be erected in the town in his memory.
