Jane's Funeral service will be held
Wednesday 10th December 2025
Amber Valley Crematorium, Swanwick at 3:00 pm

Family flowers only please,
Donations in Jane's memory will be forwarded to Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre (NMC Midlands)

After the service, Jane's family would like to warmly welcome you to share your memories and to raise a glass at
