Sian was not only my colleague but an amazing friend. Affectionately known as mummy Mills for always wanting to know if i had reached my destination safely, checking on any illnesses i had and coming to sit with my Grandad when i was called to work. She was a true Florence Nightingale whether in uniform or not.
Sian left me with so many memories and taught me a lot.
