DavidMILNERJoan, Angela, David and family wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the overwhelming support, expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and beautiful flowers received in their sad loss of a much loved husband, dad, father in law, grandad and brother. The presence of so many at David's funeral service was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the donations given for the British Heart Foundation. Grateful thanks are extended to the Doctors and staff at Honley Surgery for their care of David over the years, the district nurses, Burgundy Care Service, West Yorkshire Ambulance Service and the Doctors and nurses at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and Calderdale Royal Hospital for all their kindness and attention. Special thanks to Christine Freeman for her lovely, fitting tribute and service and the Travellers Rest for their hospitality and lovely buffet.
