Elaine MargaretMITCHELLIt is with great sadness that we are letting you know that Elaine Mitchell passed away on 23rd June. She had been suffering from Alzheimer's and, very recently, cancer so this was a blessing.
The Funeral will be on the 27th July at 1.30pm at St Peter's Church Copt Oak, Whitwick Road, Copt Oak, Markfield LE67 9QB followed by refreshments.
Elaine used to teach at Anstey Martin High School and at Shepshed's Secondary School. She was the widow of Rev'd Geoffrey Mitchell, and she was an active member of the U3A. She also attended John Storer House and the Glenmore Memory Café which she thoroughly enjoyed, for which we thank them.
