Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, of Trefnant, and formerly of Bagillt, aged 88 years.
Beloved wife of the late David, a loving mum and proud grannie and great-grannie.
There will be a service to celebrate Clare's life at St Asaph Crematorium on Monday, 30 March at 1pm. Please wear bright colours.
No flowers by request, but donations in memory of Clare will be gratefully accepted towards St Kentigern Hospice.
