Meryl, Jeff and the family wish to thank everyone for their kindness and for the condolences extended to them following their recent bereavement. Particular thanks go to Dr. Ahmed, the District Nurses and the Hospice of the Valleys for their care of David. They also wish to thank all who have made donations to the Hospice of the Valleys and Crossroads in memory of David.
