Andy… I’m struggling to find the words mate! My deepest sympathies to your family, loved ones & friend’s.
Gone far too soon! But what a privilege to have worked with you & be able to say you were a colleague & a friend. A great big aura of energy. Always on point with your banter & a quick witty comeback in any conversation. Like an over excited big kid at Christmas over anything to do with work, planes & flying. A friend & a listening ear to many, but more importantly, authentically & ultimately ALWAYS yourself!
Your infectious enthusiasm for the airline & your career was in a league of its own & so unique to you. You’ll be missed so much.
V1..Rotate..Positive Rate..Gear Up. Climbing into forever blue skies & a calm cruise. Enjoy the views mate - we’ll be seeing you

My deepest sympathies go out to all of Andrew’s family and friends. I also had the pleasure of flying with Andrew, and his absence will be felt profoundly. Beyond his professionalism, it was his warmth, humour, and genuine care for those around him that will be missed the most.

Unbelievably shocked and saddened to hear about your passing Andy, we had a great time experiencing everything the Pilot Apprentice scheme had to offer and were both so excited to be joining an airline. You was a supportive colleague, a talented sim partner through our type rating but most importantly a great friend. The skies will certainly be a little quieter up there without you.

Clear skies and tailwinds forever, buddy!

I was so sorry to hear of Andrew's passing. As a simulator instructor I saw Andrew regularly at the sim centre where he was always happy, smiley and willing to help with anything. I had the pleasure of conducting his initial line check and sending him off for his final flying test. It was a really good day out and he had a natural talent for flying. He did like a good chat, which made the day fly by! He'll surely be missed. Happy landings Andy.
