PhilipMORRISONPhil died peacefully at home. In life an amazing all round lovely man with a great sense of social justice and taste in chocolate cake. A special person who loved, and was loved, by family, friends and lately carers who grew to know him well. His gentle sense of humour was often necessary in his other loves: mountain biking, football, canal boats, camping, a local pub, and a brief attempt to form a cricket team. His determination of character underpinned a long and challenging battle with Parkinson's Disease. Above all he was a thoughtful, kind, if often stubborn soul, who was cherished by his wife Jacqui, sons Stephen and Andrew, grandchildren and great grandchildren, who will now cherish the beautiful memories he left for them.

Following a private cremation, friends and former colleagues are invited to join the family in a commemoration of Phil's life at 2.30pm on Tuesday 30th June, further details of venue are available from Co-op Funeralcare, 10 East End, Stokesley. Tel 01642 037379
