I couldn't have wanted a better brother, but the pager going off on a Sunday morning was a pain disturbing my sleep.

RIP Ian. We had some fun times back in the day when I lived opposite you and Mum, Dad and Andrew. You were always a lovely guy and even though I’ve been away now for over 40 years, I’ll always have those great memories together. Whether surfing, playing up ‘the bank’, camping at Llangenith etc. it was great fun. So sorry to hear of your passing.

Your ‘old’ friend
