I'm so very sad to hear the news of Mr. Mott's passing. He was such an amazing teacher and is a huge part of the reason why I followed STEM as a career. Mr. Mott also took the time to engage with his students outside of the classroom so we felt seen as more than math students, he was a true gem of an educator. Deep condolences to his family. RIP Sir!

A kind and encouraging teacher of his subject, but also someone who showed us how to be interested in and enthusiastic about many things. The world needs more souls like Mr Mott.
