JackMRBURGESS The Funeral took place of the late Mr Jack Burgess, on Monday 19th March 2007, with Service and Committal at Macclesfield Crematorium. Rev. Ken Burghall officiated. During the Service the Hymns "Eternal Father Strong to Save" and "Amazing Grace" were sung. Betty and family would like to express their sincere and grateful thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours, for their kind expressions of sympathy and donations received for Macclesfield Hospital and Cancer Research, thanks also to Wards 10 and 3, Carers, Cumberland House, Rev. K. Burghall, Keith and Hooley, Watson and Buckley.
