Losing Anne brings back a flood of memories from a beautiful, bygone era of our lives. It has been about ten years since we last packed up for our holidays or walked down to the local pub together, as life changed completely when my late wife became ill. We moved away around that time and naturally lost touch, though I still saw Anne very occasionally over the years. But the passage of time and distance doesn't diminish the joy of what we shared.
For decades, the four of us were inseparable. I still look back so fondly on our times away—whether we were celebrating a special wedding anniversary together in beautiful Hawaii, or enjoying the peaceful days spent at our caravan in Wales. And I can still picture Anne and my wife sitting together during our weekly pub trips, happily sharing a couple of bottles of wine.
Anne was a wonderful, steadfast friend, and she is now reunited with her husband and my wife. Rest in peace, Anne.
With love,
Paul

Anne was our lovely 'across the road' neighbour. She always greeted us with a smile and made an extra effort to chat to our little boy Bodhi. She also 'married' us at the registry office, which is a special memory. We will miss her greatly.
Condolences to all friends and family at this difficult time. Marc, Claire and Bodhi. X

Anne, you were such a lovely work colleague but most importantly a friend. You wore your heart on your sleeve. Thankyou for always making me smile, keeping our belly’s full and reminding us of all your lovely memories with your lovely family. Enjoy your cruises together in heaven with Bob. Love Laura x

Me & my sister were among the children I'd deem incredibly privileged to have had Anne's influence on our early formative years; while a childminder in professional terms, Anne extended truly warm & compassionate familial love through her work. Whether hearty home-cooked meals, educational outdoor activities or rainy day arts & crafts, Anne endeared to provide a safe, healthy and enjoyable environment for us, while always steering us in the right direction - thankyou Anne!

Lots of love to Sarah, Laura & Co.

From the time we met, starting at the Register Office together, Anne was the kindest, most supportive, funniest and caring person you could ever meet. Whether it was working through stressful times, eating her amazing muffins or talking cruises and travel, she was always a great friend, and colleague. Anne, lovely lady, may you rest in peace alongside your adored Bob. Izzy
