PhyllisMURPHYNorman, Susan and Emma would like to extend their sincere gratitude to family, friends, neighbours in Spowart Avenue, Llanelli and Parc Howard Avenue, LLanelli, for the numerous cards, messages of sympathy, telephone calls and floral bouquets for the house that they received in their great loss. To the Bearers, who carried out their duties with dignity and compassion. Masonic Brethren, both in LLanelli and West Wales for their cards and also beautiful bouquets of flowers for the house. Doctor Alan Williams, Ty Elli Surgery, Vauxhall, Llanelli, for his constant dedicated care to Phyllis. District Sister Sarah Phillips, Fiona and Anwen for their tender, loving and compassionate care during the last days of Phyllis' life; they ensured she received the highest level of attention and comfort possible. The Reverend Canon Sian Eira Jones, family friend, for conducting the funeral at the graveside. Her Prayers, touching Eulogy and beautiful singing. To everybody for their very generous contribution to Wales Air Ambulance in lieu of flowers in memory of Phyllis. Alan and Louise Davies, L.T.C. for providing all possible aids over the last 3 years ensuring Phyllis' mobility, safety and comfort. Our heartfelt gratitude to Ian and Mary Smith, Autumn Leaf Funeral Directors, Burry Port, for their immediate response, as a result of our very urgent telephone call, in taking Phyllis into their tender, loving care, totally restoring her dignity and paying her the highest level of the respect she deserved. Thank you to their daughter Alicia for compassionately recording the music to be played at the graveside. Their exemplary Duty of Care, Professionalism and their very deep concerns for us as a family, helped to sustain us throughout a gravely turbulent emotional experience. We shall always be indebted to them. Diolch Bawb am eich Cariad a'ch Haelioni Pob Bendith Arnoch
