They say time is an healer and it gets easier. But life without you has left a big void in my heart. Some days are harder than others but know there isn’t a day that goes by that you are not spoken about, thought about, missed or loved. I just wish I could have turned back the hands of time. I love you little brother always. Until we meet again sleep tight. Please give Dad a big kiss. Miss you both xxxxxxxx

Michael,

You’ve been on my mind a lot lately. Truthfully, you’re always on my mind.

I still catch myself thinking about things I want to tell you, things I know would make you laugh, and moments I wish you were here to share with us. I often listen to hardcore and it makes me feel close to you, especially hearing your funeral songs.
I miss your voice, your humour, your big personality, and the way you could light up a room without even trying. You were the loudest one there, the funniest one there, and somehow the one everyone was drawn to.

The kids talk about you often, they are 4 & 7 now. They know exactly who you are, and I love that. Even though you’re not here with us, you’re still such a huge part of our lives. Your name comes up in conversations, your stories get told, and your memory lives on in all of us.

I still can’t believe you’re gone. Thirty-nine was far too young, and there will always be a part of me that wishes we had more time.

I hope somehow you know how loved you are and how deeply missed you continue to be. Not just on the difficult days, but on the ordinary ones too. The days when something reminds me of you and I smile before the ache of missing you settles in again.

I carry you with me every day, and I always will.

Can't believe your gone, you ment so much to so many people and helped anyone you could. You were always there with a big smile & great laugh you were one of a kind. Heaven is lucky to have you, so many will love & miss you. The last few months spent with you will be treasured.
