Ann PatriciaNAISHPassed away at the BRI Hospital on Saturday 13th October 2018 aged 80 years. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will be held at St Oswald's Church, Bedminster Down on Tuesday 6th November at 2.15pm, followed by a cremation at South Bristol Crematorium at 3pm. Flowers welcome or donations if desired for Above & Beyond, to benefit the Oncology Unit at the BRI may be given on the day or sent c/o Thomas Davis Funeral Directors Southville Lodge Southville Road Bristol, BS3 1DJ
