NeilO'DONNELL Bernadette (Bernie) Neil and his family would like to offer their sincere thanks for all the Mass cards, sympathy cards and the many letters of condolence which they received following their recent bereavement. Our thanks and gratitude to the Rt Rev Mgr Canon David Hogan, Fr Peter Ryan, Fr Kevin Trehy, Fr Patrick Keogh, Rev Canon Eddie Gubbins, Fr James Benfield, Fr Tom O'Neil, Fr Paul Farrar and Deacon Ken Senior, for their support, their kindness, their prayers and for saying her Requiem Mass. A very special thank you to the many hundreds of people who attended, especially to those who travelled many miles and from overseas to be here. A big thank you to Dr Angela Wood, Haematology Unit, James Cook Hospital, and all the Staff there that took great care of Bernie during her years of illness, many thanks to Barbara Christie, outreach Nurse who gave Bernie wonderful support and was always there to call on in times of need, we are so grateful to Dr John Dolan, Pam Hatt, Kelly Kirtley, Tania Golightly and Sharon Landess who looked after Bernie's needs during the last days of her illness. Special thanks to Mgr David Hogan and Fr Kevin Trehy, who visited Bernie and administered the last rights before she passed away. A special thank you to St. Bernadette's Church, for the Friday evening service, and to the Cathedral for the Requiem Mass on Saturday morning. A special thank you to the Management and staff at the Marton Country Club, for providing a splendid buffet and looking after everyone so well. Thanks to Michael Relph and Joe Johnson, Funeral Directors at Relph Funeral Service for the excellent funeral arrangements and their sympathy and concern for our family. Holy Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
