H was my coach and mentor helping me to win many road races and become a Team GB road racing cyclist. His heart rate based training techniques were decades in advance of anything at the time. He introduced me to Dr White at Salford University's human performance lab. When I visited H earlier in 2016 with Sarah-Marie I reminded him that it was his coaching course in Gloucester which I organised that became the place I met Sarah-Marie. I owe him so much. RIP Great Man Andy Llewellyn.
