EdithNELSONPeacefully, following a short illness, at the Bellfield Centre Wallace Suite on Saturday 7th June 2025, Edith Nelson aged 87 years (of Braehead, Stirling).

Beloved wife of the late Jim, loving mother of Eleanor and mother in law to James, Granny to Erin, and loving sister, auntie and friend.

Funeral service will take place on Thursday 19th June 2025, 10:30am at The North Parish Church, Braehead, Stirling to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.

Family flowers only please.

I worked with Edith in Appleyard Stirling in the early 1970,s
A lovely and kind lady and we have lovely memories of her and Jim at our yearly dinner dances.
They were over the moon when Eleanor was born and our thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time.
Rest in peace Edith.
