Thanks to all at the Millcroft Medical Centre, Dr Wain and the district nurses for the care and compassion shown. Special thanks to Rev Robbie Bowen for the lovely service celebrating Dad's life. Also thanks to Joanne and staff at the Co-op Funeralcare who did a special job at this sad time. Philip was a much loved dad, Pops, grandad and great grandad who has left a hole in all our hearts and will be greatly missed. Donations of £115 were received for The Macmillan Nurses
