Martyn Charles JackNICOLSadly passed away on July 13th 2016 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital aged 73 years. Dearly loved and greatly missed by his family, all his many friends and by everyone who knew him. A service to celebrate his life will take place at Lodge Hill Crematorium on Tuesday 9th August 2016 at 12.00 noon. No flowers please.
