JamesNOLAN(North Shields) Peacefully, following an illness, on 3rd March 2019, aged 72. Much loved brother of Margaret and Sharon. Loving uncle of Kelly & Gail and Wayne & Tony. Beloved nephew of Mary. Much missed cousin and friend to many. Would all please gather at Tynemouth Crematorium on Thursday 14th March at 1.30 pm for a celebration of Jimmy's life. Don't know if this is the same Jimmy Nolan i knew at St Anselm's but he's the same age as me. He went to The bottom St Josephs school.
He played for St Anselm's school team as I did. and I still have a school photo of the classes at St Josephs when we were about 9 years old. I last saw hi in 2010 in Shields.

Jimmy was an old school friend and myself Jimmy, Martin Conway. Jimmy Dunn and Joe Caffrey used to go out drinking when we were only 15 and 16 respectively. I last saw Jimmy in 2009 /10 in North Shields and I remember his last words to me when I told him I was at university taking a degree, he said "You don't give up do you?" I laughed and said "No."
