JohnNOTT KATHLEENand family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all their kindness and cards of condolence received at this very sad time. We would also wish to thank our family doctors and the staff of Haslington Surgery. Also Sister Jenny Cotterill and her dedicated team of nurses who have looked after Kathleen for the past 3 years. Also the doctors and nurses in the A & E Department Leighton Hospital, also in the P.A.A and Ward 14, where she sadly passed away. The carers of both Carewatch and Evolving Care, especially Amanda Jennings and Diana Hull. To George Wood for his excellent service and kind ministrations. Special thanks to Robert Smith, Funeral Director along with Kerry and Karen of Co-Operative Funeralcare. We would also like to thank Rick and Liz who provided an excellent buffet at The Forresters Arms in Winterley.
