Hazel Jean ElizabethO'BRIENIn Loving Memory of Hazel Jean Elizabeth O'Brien who passed away peacefully at home in St Ives on 21st September 2025, aged 76 years.

The much loved wife to Paul.

A Celebration of Hazel's Life will take place at St Anta and All Saints Church on Thursday 16th October 2025 at 12 noon, to which all are warmly invited. This will be followed by interment at Longstone Cemetery.

Flowers are welcome, and donations in memory of Hazel, if desired, will be shared between Marie Curie and The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. These may be given at the service or sent to the funeral directors.

We have very many happy memories of Hazel- full of fun and laughter , often seeing the funny side of things, also so kind, friendly and genuine. Hazel was always very professional and dedicated.
We send our love to Paul, such a difficult time.
