DennisOBRIENO'BRIEN DENNIS The family would like to thank everyone who attended the service, the gentlemen from Malkins Bank which included the Chairman and Club Captain for their support and donations, the residents from Bembridge Court, Middlewich for their donations. Thanks to Mr and Mrs W Hussen (sister - brother in law) Mr and Mrs L Offord (niece and husband) Mr and Mrs R Hussen (nephew and wife) Mr K Hussen (nephew), they could not be with us for our final farewell but for all their thoughts, prayers and generous donations towards the "Dennis Bench". A special thanks to Dr's Curbishley, Conrad and the reception ladies at Acorn Surgery, district nurse Joan and her team from Celina Health Centre during Dennis's last weeks and after. The help and support we received was invaluable and gratefully received at that our most difficult time. Thanks to Peter Forshaw and his team for their continued professional service
