Ann MarieO'CONNORMartin (Monty) and the family of the late Ann Marie would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, Mass cards, cards of condolence and donations to Greenlea Chemotherapy Unit H.R.I. and Kirkwood Hospice received in their recent sad bereavement. Grateful thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and all the Staff at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Calderdale Royal Hospital, St. James' Hospital Leeds, all at Waterloo Surgery and Kirkwood Hospice for all their care and especially to the Carers at Niche Care for all their care, kindness and support over the last 16 months.
