GeoffreyOLIVERDoreen and family wish to sincerely thank relatives, friends and neighbours for all cards of condolence, flowers and donations received and all who attended Geoff's funeral. Special thanks to grand-daughter Laura for all her help and kindness to grandad. We were over overwhelmed by the amount of people who came to pay their respects. We would like to praise the hard work of Hilda and the District Nursing Team who supported us when needed. Also Doctor Oliver and Williams for their continuous care and support throughout Geoff's illness. A heart felt thanks goes to Derek Mansfield and the Young Onset Dementia Team and to Gail Walker for their care and support throughout. Also many thanks to Kevin Garbutt of Crake and Mallon Funeral Service for all arrangements.
