MargaretO'NEILLIt is with great sadness that we announce the death of our dear Mam, Val O'Neill, formerly of Junction Road Norton, Grinkle Park Gardens Loftus and Gilmour Street Thornaby.
Val died peacefully at Woodside Grange Care Home in Thornaby on 19th February at 92 years.
A loving wife to Ged (deceased) and loving mother to Philippa, Geraldine and Fiona. Mother-in-law to Richard, Alan (deceased) and Roger. Much loved grandmother to Carla, Gemma, Oliver, Beth, Charley and Alex and great grandmother to Sam, Jack, Kate, Cara, Leah, Toby and Ben.
Val retired as Deputy Headteacher from St. Alphonsus' RC Primary School, North Ormesby in 1987. Having always used her skills as an artist in schools across Cleveland through teaching over 25 years, she took up painting again following her retirement.
The Funeral Service is to be held on Monday 18th March at the Bluebell Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 11.00 a.m. Afterwards a reception will be held at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield.
