PatriciaO'SULLIVANOn 5th January 2026, peacefully at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Pat aged 82 years of Meltham.

The dearly loved wife of Sean, much loved mum of Catherine and Daniel, a proud and devoted grandma of Henry, Hannah, Owen and Scott, a much loved sister of Ethel and a dear auntie.

Funeral service at Kirkheaton Parish Church on Friday 23rd January at 1.45 pm, followed by cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium.

Family flowers only please. Donations if wished may be given for the PBC Foundation (Primary Biliary Cholangitis) c/o

Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth, HD9 6AA or online at radcliffefuneralservice.co.uk - obituaries. A donation box will be available at the service.
