Tom KevinO'TOOLEO'TOOLE Tom Kevin, Laverne, Tommy and Mo wish to thank all their family, friends and neighbours for their support and their cards, flowers and tributes following our dad's sad death. Special thanks to Father Adrian MacNamara of Corpus Christi Church for the Funeral Mass and Service at the crematorium. The Co-op Funeral Services (Ansty Road) and our particular gratitude goes to the dedicated staff on Ward 34 and the Haematology Day Centre at University Hospital, along with the Palliative Care Staff at Abbey Park Nursing Home. You all looked after dad so well and we thank you for that. He is now with mum and at peace.
