Service to take place in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Monday February 2nd at 11am. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu to the Oasis Suite, University Hospital of North Tees. A donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.
