GwenOWENGwil, Mark and Steve would like to convey their heartfelt thanks to those Friends and Family who supported and helped Gwen through her long period of illness. We are particularly grateful to Emyr, Dian and Carol for their emotional and practical support during her final weeks in Ysbyty Gwynedd. Special thanks are extended to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of the Glaslyn Ward for the exceptional care and for treating Gwen with dignity and respect during the latter stages of her illness, also for the generous and empathetic support provided to us her Family. Thank you to Dean Kathy Jones and the Reverend Llewelyn Jones for the Pastoral support at home and the comforting service at the Crematorium. We extend our gratitude to Mr Stephen Jones Funeral Director for his professional and sensitive handling of the Funeral arrangements and are thankful to all for the many cards and phone calls received during this sad time.
