Diolch am yr holl negeseuon, cardiau, galwadau ffôn, a rhoddion o £1000.00 er cof am eu mam i fynd tuag at gronfa cynnal a chadw mynwent Eglwys Llanelian ac elusen Alzheimer's. Diolch i'r Parchedig Gwenda Cooper am ei harweiniad cynnes a theimladwy, i'r organydd Nerys Jones a'r unawdydd Hefina Williams am eu cyfraniad gwerthfawr. Diolch hefyd i gartref Redcroft, Bae Colwyn am eu gofal arbennig o'u mam dros y pum mlynedd diwethaf ac i gartref nysrio Merton Place, Bae Colwyn am eu gofal ohoni dros y tair wythnos olaf o'i bywyd. Yn olaf, diolch i Hefin a'r staff o R.W Roberts am y trefniadau trefnus ac urddasol a'u caredigrwydd. Carol and Gwenda wish to express their sincere thanks to family, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy, for the many telephone calls, cards and messages and all the kind donations received towards Llanelian Churchyard and Alzheimer's Charity amounting to £1000.00 in memory of their dear Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Thank you to Reverend Gwenda Cooper for her kind and warm ministration, Nerys Jones the organist and Hefina Williams the soloist for their much appreciated contribution. A huge thank you to all the staff at Redcroft Care Home, Colwyn Bay for the loving care their mother received over the last five years, and to Merton Place Nursing Home, Colwyn Bay for their care during the last three weeks of her life. Lastly a special thank you to Hefin and the staff at R.W Roberts for their caring and dignified funeral arrangements and kindness.
