Alan WilliamOWENAlan William Owen, died peacefully at home on the 15th September 2023. Aged 88 years. Alan was born in Salford and lived all of his life in the local area spending over 60 years living in Eccles.
A devoted Husband, Dad and Grandad, he was always pleased to see family and friends, particularly if they were fellow Manchester United fans.
Alan will be sadly missed by his Children, Grandchildren and the many people who were proud to call Alan their friend.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday 4th October at Holy Cross RC Church in Patricroft at 1pm followed by cremation at Peel Green Crematorium.
Following the service at the Crematorium, there will be a private celebration of Alan's life where invited guests will be able to share their many stories of Alan's life.
As Alan was a huge Manchester United fan, we ask that everyone wears something red. The family have requested that flowers are not sent to the Funeral Directors but that donations should be made to the Stroke Association.
