Trevor would like to thank all family, neighbours and friends for their support, Dr Francis and the District Nurses at Stokesley Health Centre, the staff at Teesside Hospice, St Teresa's Hospice and Herriot Hospice, thanks also to Macmillan Nurses from Northallerton, Dr Gokul and the Oncology Nurses at James Cook University Hospital and H W Carter Funeral Service.
