StephenOXFORDPassed away on Saturday, September 7
at Belvedere Care Home Accrington, aged 77 years.

Brother of John and Ann and fond uncle and great uncle.

Stephen was born in Rawtenstall in 1947.
After living in Bacup, Rawtenstall and then Melling (near Liverpool) the family came to Accrington. Stephen attended Peel Park and then Hyndburn Park School. He started his working life at John Collier’s (the window to watch), Accrington. He later worked at both Boundary and Barden Mill. He was a keen supporter of Burnley Football Club and Accrington Cricket Club.

A celebration of his life will take place at Accrington Crematorium on Friday, October 18 at 11am and afterwards at The Peel Park Hotel, Accrington.

Family flowers only please and donations if desired to the Hyndburn branch of NSPCC.
