Dearly loved Husband, Father and Grandpa. - Funeral Service at St Mary's Church, Charlton Mackrell on Tuesday 20 September at 1.15pm, followed by interment in Yeovil Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired made payable to Neurosciences Support Group at QMC may be forwarded to Forsey and Son, Funeral Directors, Pound Pool, Somerton, TA11 6LZ.
